1- Planning and Consulting Department:

This department is responsible for counseling and developing strategies and researches in company"s fields of work.
Detailed and preliminary energy and environment audits and feasibility studies for RE&EE projects, in addition to evaluate implemented applications and energy saved in the executed projects.

2- Executive Department:

This department is responsible for implementing and supervising projects, and providing the required tools, equipments and all needed infrastructures.
The main projects areas are:
- Thermal and electrical networks efficacy in industrial facilities
- Building thermal insulation
- Building energy management systems
- Solar energy for heating, cooling and hot water
- Facilities environmental performance improvement and CDM projects development
- Solar lighting, pumping and on grid projects

This department works in cooperation with international and local specialized companies to supply the state of art of the needed techniques, aiming to present the better performance with a less energy consumption.

3- Technical Support Department:

This department is responsible for building capacity activities, including RE&EE seminars, workshops and training courses. As well as organizing local and global conferences.
